entering the warehouse of the

Charle:~ Town. iSentenee was with-
held.
The trial of Robert Lee, colored,
e+har~'ed with stealing an automo-
bile from Clarence Boyd, will ,be
held on Tuesday next, April 22. A
misdemeanor charge against Ed-
ward Tat'nee, wi~ll 'be heard on
Thursday, April 30.
A hearing before the Court in
the parking: meter case against
Jerry White is set ~or May 2.
