Dr. Luke Frame, of Baltimore,

friends. He and Mrs. Frame are
the proud parents of a ha{by girl,

first child. Dr. Frame informed
friends that they were moving to
Tennessee in the near future.

YOUNGER MEN FOR ARMY.
Army and selective service officials were reported re-
termly to have decided on July 1, as the date for registra-
tion of approximately one million men who have become
21 years old since the selective service enroUanent last
October.
One plan repo ted under consideration would be for the
War Depay, ment to advise selective service head,quarters
officially, t hat hereaf Ler it would take no men above a
certain age. Some authorities were understood to favor

30 the top limit, w hile .others pre er it as low as 26
years.
