Crow's Underpass Open
Traffic is now mown~ through
the underpass at Crow's crossing,
on the No~folk & Western Rail-
way, three miles north of Shell-
herds)own. Only ~he approval of
the Maryland State ttip,'hway Com-
mission is needed to complete the
project. Work on the pass ha~ been
in progress about one year. The
underpass removes one of the most
dangrous grade crossings on ihe
entire length of the Norfolk &
tomae Edison dam below Williams-
port. the craft capsized. Robert-
